I am currently an assistant professor in the department of Sociology and Political Science at Tennessee Tech University. My research focuses on economic inequality, international financial instruments, and political behavior.
I earned a PhD in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 2018. I have a M.S. in research methodology from the University of North Texas (2015) and a B.A. in political science and art history from Linfield College (2008). My research has appeared in journals including Political Research Quarterly, Politics and Policy, Congress and the Presidency, and Latin American Research Review.
